The 16’s team won their Grand Final at East Fremantle Oval against Melville JFC. Aaron Sandilands, Richard Hadley and Dominic Cassissi are members of this team
Auskick has 37 children participating with 1 girl, Samantha Boustead. This group would go on to become two teams of 9’s (Blues and Navy)from 2001 through to 2009 where WJFC is the only Club in the District to have 2 17’s teams. From the Blues team Ryan Lester -Smith went to play at East Fremantle and has played over 100 games to date and from the Navy team Jason Johannison is drafted to the Western Bulldogs. 14 of these Auskickers achieved Junior Life Membership in 2009 for playing all their Juniors career with WJFC. A large group of players moved to play at WFC and some have achieved Life Membership with that club also.

Scott Bennett plays with Claremont FC in 1999 and plays 19 games, kicking 5 goals and earning 9 votes in the Sandover Medal count. In 2000 and 2001 he plays 22 games for East Fremantle and kicks 8 goals. He again plays, this time for Peel Thunder FC, in 2006 and achieves 19 games with 2 goals to his name.
